Own the end-to-end social content design process for AMFA, from concept to delivery, including graphics, video, captions, and analytics, while collaborating with the Creative Director and maintaining brand standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and ready to work, as scheduled.
  • Maintain an accurate record of time worked using web-based time and attendance system.
  • Work occasional mandatory overtime, as necessary.
  • Work in a professional and cooperative manner with other AMFA associates and employees.
  • Maintain a professional, neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Design and produce platform-appropriate content, including graphics and other digital assets.
  • Capable of basic videography and editing for social platforms.
  • Write and edit captions in AMFA’s voice, adapting messaging for different platforms and audiences.
  • Schedule content across all social platforms based on the social content calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of design experience
  • Social media experience is required
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Have the flexibility to balance a fast-paced work environment
  • Maintain a collaborative mindset to reach project goals
  • Stay patient through an iterative revision process and listen to feedback
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
  • Familiar with project management systems, such as Monday
