Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage the end-to-end social media content calendar for both our in-house brand and client accounts.
  • Creative Idea Generation: Brainstorm out-of-the-box, funny, and engaging content concepts (reels, shorts, carousels, memes) that align with brand identities and captivate modern audiences.
  • Visual & Aesthetic Management: Oversee visual direction—ensuring all photos, short-form videos, graphics, and layout aesthetics are consistently on-trend, polished, and on-brand.
  • Platform Mastery: Adapt tone, formatting, and strategies specifically for Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, and YouTube (Shorts/Long-form).
  • Community Engagement: Foster active online communities by engaging with comments, messages, and audience interactions with a distinct brand voice.
  • Trend & Algorithm Spotting: Stay ahead of internet culture, platform updates, audio trends, and viral formats to quickly produce real-time, relevant content.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using platform analytics tools to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, graphic design aesthetic, and basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom)
  • Exceptional story-telling skills with a knack for humor, pop culture references, and unique angles that break through feed noise
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and professional engagement with online communities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to jump on real-time trends quickly
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships
  • Analyze digital marketing performance data regularly to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements for future initiatives
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, campaign management, and analytics interpretation
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
