Establish scalable creative processes — intake, prioritization, and resource allocation — that help the team keep pace with company growth.
Stay hands-on where it counts, contributing directly to high-visibility work when needed.

Requirements

8+ years in creative leadership, brand design, or art direction, with growing responsibility for teams and cross-functional work. (Equivalent depth of experience matters more than the exact number of years.)
A strong portfolio showing brand systems, integrated campaigns, and digital experiences.
Experience leading a creative team and managing external agencies or vendors.
A track record of connecting creative strategy to business goals and measurable outcomes.
Excellent creative direction, visual design judgment, and brand storytelling.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills — you can align and influence senior partners across marketing, product, and revenue.
Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs in a scaling environment.
