Responsibilities

• Manage all YouTube uploads — titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, cards, end screens, playlists, and community posts
• Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions that drive both search discoverability and click-through rate
• Design or direct thumbnails with a clear creative brief — you know what converts
• Build and maintain a consistent publishing calendar across all content types
• Monitor analytics weekly, identify what's working, and apply learnings immediately — not next quarter
• Repurpose long-form trainings and event recordings into YouTube-optimized formats
• Coordinate with the video editor and content team to ensure assets arrive on spec and on time

Requirements

• 2–4+ years managing a YouTube channel with documented, measurable growth — show us the numbers
• Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO: search, suggested, browse, and how to optimize for each
• Strong copywriter for titles and descriptions — not just keyword placement, but language that converts
• AI-fluent — you use AI to batch-write descriptions, generate title variants, research trends, and do in an hour what used to take a day
• Proficient in YouTube Studio analytics, TubeBuddy or VidIQ
• Deadline-driven — you don't miss publish dates, ever

Preferred

• Experience in health, wellness, business, or education content is a strong plus
