Responsibilities

• Run the content production and communication workflow for your assigned clients
• Create content according to ArtsRising's content methodology and systems
• Manage a communications calendar using AI tools and automation
• Serve as the main point of communication for your clients
• Manage the marketing technology stack for your assigned clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience (any field — marketing experience isn't required, but professional work experience is preferred)
• Someone who has used AI tools at work — in practice we use Claude the most, so experience with Claude is especially welcome
• Someone comfortable learning new tools
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and meets deadlines

Preferred

• Experience at a nonprofit, arts/cultural institution, or performing arts organization
• Fluency with digital tools
