Responsibilities

• Write blog posts, social media content, newsletters, emails, press releases, website copy, and other communications materials.
• Interview clients, subject matter experts, and community members to develop accurate, engaging stories.
• Adapt content to each client’s voice, audience, and goals.
• Collaborate with our team, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• We’re looking for someone who asks thoughtful questions, finds the story in a stack of information, and delivers polished copy on deadline. You should be comfortable moving between industries, adapting to different voices, and making complex topics easy to understand.

Requirements

• Preferably five or more years of professional writing experience in journalism, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and research skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across topics and formats.
• An eye for grammar, accuracy, and detail.
• Reliable communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently.
