Job Summary

Own the multi-location WordPress and local SEO engine for a 150+ franchise network, turning site health, speed, and schema into local visibility and lead flow.

  • Local SEO & Technical: Own on-site optimization, schema, redirects, and mobile performance for location pages.
  • WordPress & Platform Health: Manage Kadence/Divi based sites, plugins, templates, and global-site consistency.
  • Growth & Reporting: Use analytics to spot opportunities, drive landing pages, and align with marketing leadership.

Job Description

  • Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites using Kadence, Divi, and existing website templates
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of 150+ local franchise websites
  • Implement Local SEO strategies for individual markets and location-based websites
  • Optimize website pages for local search visibility, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image optimization, and location-based content
  • Improve website performance, page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals
  • Maintain website structure and content consistency across multiple franchise locations
  • Implement and maintain schema markup and other technical SEO best practices
  • Monitor website health, plugin updates, theme updates, security items, broken links, redirects, and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot WordPress issues and provide technical support to the marketing team as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on website improvements, SEO initiatives, landing pages, and digital growth projects
