Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites
  • Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO
  • Develop landing pages designed to convert traffic into qualified leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to execute ranking strategies
  • Implement structured data and advanced on-page SEO elements
  • Improve site architecture to support keyword dominance
  • Manage integrations with CRM systems, chat tools, and analytics platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical issues affecting rankings or performance
  • Ensure scalability, security, and uptime across all sites

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Deep understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, custom development)
  • Experience improving Core Web Vitals and site speed
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO and on-page optimization
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor preferred)
  • Ability to diagnose ranking and indexing issues
  • Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS, and migrations
  • Must have knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and PHP
