- Mentor owners, providers, and internal marketing teams to improve skills, process, and accountability.
- Location and role context: Remote work arrangement and nationwide scope
Requirements
- 12+ years of senior marketing leadership in organizations ranging from $5M to $30M+
- Proven experience scaling marketing teams and systems that drive measurable growth
- Data-driven — you translate marketing analytics into actionable strategies
- Skilled at coaching and mentoring non-marketing executives and teams
- Comfortable with hands-on execution and implementing compliant, scalable workflows
