Responsibilities

• In-Store Guidance: Act as a product expert in our retail space, providing personalized, one-on-one consultations to help customers understand our offerings and select the best options for their needs.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media and other digital platforms. Your content will showcase how our products fit naturally into a holistic wellness routine, covering topics like self-care, mindfulness, and healthy habits.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, answering questions and fostering a positive and educational environment.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to quality, transparency, and a natural approach to well-being.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling informed and confident in their choices.

Requirements

• Digital Savvy: You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and a knack for creating authentic, visually appealing content.
• Knowledge of the Cannabis and Hemp Industry: You have a solid understanding of the products we offer and are eager to learn and grow your expertise.
