Responsibilities

• You are the first experience someone has with a brand built around ancestral superfoods, whole-food healing, and products that actually change how people feel.
• The person who brings those stories to life is you.
• This is an independent role with a real growth path.
• You start with 2–3 shifts per week across our venue territory.
• As you build your presence, your reliability, and your results, the path to earning your own signature venues opens naturally — along with an increased shift schedule, higher commission percentages, and access to the full bonus structure that comes with that next level.
• Part of what makes this role valuable to the team is flexibility and availability. When a venue needs coverage on short notice — 48 to 72 hours out — the WBA is the first call.
• Stepping in for a coverage shift earns a bonus on that day's base pay.
• Being the person who shows up when it counts is one of the fastest ways to grow within this brand.
