Job Summary
Own and drive the company’s website optimization and local SEO program, from content and UX to Google Business Profile and backlinks, to grow traffic, rankings, and bookings.

- Execute local SEO programs including Google Business Profile, citations, and local partnerships
- Build high-quality backlinks and monitor performance to increase bookings
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the company website
- Create and optimize service pages, landing pages, and location pages
- Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase appointment bookings
- Maintain website content and ensure all pages follow SEO best practices
- Develop and execute local SEO strategies
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
- Create weekly Google Business Profile posts
- Improve rankings in Google Search and Google Maps
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of SEO, digital marketing, or website management experience
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with backlink acquisition and citation building
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
- Experience working with salons, spas, medspas, wellness, beauty, or aesthetic businesses
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Local Falcon, or similar SEO software
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development
- Experience launching and growing Shopify stores
- Experience generating measurable revenue growth through SEO and e-commerce
