Website and SEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, user experience, accessibility, functionality, and continuous improvement of Cypress Health Partners' websites and location pages across all brands.
• Optimize landing pages, appointment pathways, calls-to-action, and digital user journeys to make it easier for patients to find information, access care, and take action.
• Identify opportunities and drive website enhancements from concept through implementation, partnering with internal stakeholders and external development teams to improve performance, remove barriers, and build more scalable digital experiences and processes.
• Find ways to streamline and/or automate the way we keep our individual clinic web pages and listings up to date and accurate.
• Own and continuously advance SEO, including technical and local search optimization, schema, Google Business Profile optimization, and other initiatives that strengthen visibility across all brands and clinic locations.
• Stay ahead of changes in traditional and AI-powered search, identifying and testing new approaches that improve how patients discover and engage with our brands.
• Monitor search performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and continuously improve rankings, visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Direct the work of website, SEO, local search, and technology partners by establishing clear priorities, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Hold vendors accountable for timely execution, actionable recommendations, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
• Identify and evaluate new capabilities and technologies that improve performance, automate manual processes, and create more scalable workflows, while independently driving complex digital projects from recommendation through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEO tools, and AI automation tools; experience with WordPress, Google Business Profiles, Meta, and Yext preferred.
• Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.
