Job Summary

Shape content strategy and governance for a finance-adjacent audience by turning complex concepts into clear, accessible material while driving SEO and AI discovery.

Content ownership: manage creation, editing, and refresh cycles across web properties with CMS discipline and accessibility
Structure and optimization: partner with SMEs to refine messaging, improve information hierarchy, and optimize keywords, metadata, and internal linking
SEO and AI discovery: lift performance for traditional search and AI experiences using intent signals and structured content patterns

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and Improve Content
Write, edit, and refresh website content with a focus on clarity and user needs
Turn complex financial concepts into plain, approachable language
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, standards, and governance guidelines
Review and QA content to ensure accuracy and consistency before publishing
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather input and refine messaging
Share ideas to improve how content is structured and experienced
Optimize for Search and AI Discovery
Improve how content performs across traditional search and emerging AI driven experiences
Apply best practices for keywords, metadata, internal linking, and structured content

Requirements

Experience creating and publishing content in a CMS such as AEM, Contentful, or Sitecore
Experience working with structured content (e.g., content fragments) and modular content frameworks
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and usability
Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and inclusive content principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Experience supporting website redesigns or large-scale content updates
Exposure to AI-assisted content tools or emerging SEO and GEO practices
Background in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry
Familiarity with DAM or PIM systems
