Responsibilities

• Create basic graphics, carousels and visual assets when needed.
• Maintain an organized, searchable library of video, photography and other creative assets.
• Help manage publishing across multiple brands and platforms.
• Follow performance and understand why certain pieces work while others don't.
• Identify trends and opportunities worth acting on without chasing every trend on the internet.
• Use AI and modern creative tools aggressively to work faster and produce better work.
• Occasionally capture events, experiences or opportunities outside traditional office hours.

Requirements

• Has an exceptional eye for interesting content.
• Understands hooks, pacing, storytelling and attention.
• Knows what feels native to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube rather than simply resizing the same content for every platform.
• Can shoot confidently on an iPhone and is comfortable with professional camera equipment.
• Is highly capable with modern video-editing tools.
• Can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Is comfortable interacting with customers, employees, executives and people you've just met.
• Can work independently without needing detailed instructions for every assignment.
• Understands that ultimately we're building businesses — not simply accumulating views.
• Is curious about Nashville and the people, places and stories that make it interesting.
