• Direct and develop our teams of designers, writers and editors
• Improve SEO / AI SEO rankings

• Exceptional writer and editor with taste and ability to write posts across platforms
• Relentless hunger to growth
• Strong existing portfolio that demonstrates ability to make content that hits
• Track record building scaled content systems
• Saavy with analytics, kpis and numbers
