Responsibilities

• Work with contract stakeholders to review, update, and process criteria for online posting.
• Manage, update, and maintain online criteria libraries and websites.
• Provide technical/email support for online content and website functionality.
• Work closely with outside contractors to update and improve website functionality.
• Assist with producing documentation and reporting on contracts, tasks, and web projects.
• Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining professional communication and transparent reporting.
• Oversee knowledge management practices: maintain project files, ensure accessibility of content, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Represent NIBS at bi-annual working group meetings and annual working group workshop.
• Self-manage workloads and proactively coordinate with supervisor on concerns related to workload.

Requirements

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or commensurate experience in related fields is desired.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an Information Technology environment.
• Experience managing multiple (web) projects, applications, or pages.
• Extensive industry experience covering the core job requirements will also be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; PHP experience preferred
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
• Experience with database administration
• Experience/proficiency working in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort and proficiency in learning new technologies
