Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1) Product Marketing Strategy, Positioning & Messaging Own Wealth Services product marketing strategy aligned to OKRs and growth priorities, with a focus on adoption, pipeline contribution, and client outcomes Define and maintain positioning frameworks, including segment-specific value propositions, messaging hierarchies, and proof points Translate complex platform capabilities and AI-led innovation into clear, differentiated narratives tailored by client segment Lead competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market decisions Act as a trusted advisor to Wealth Services leadership on messaging, prioritisation, and go-to-market strategy
  • 2) Client Segmentation, Personas & Targeted Content Define and maintain priority client segments and personas (e.g., RIAs, private banks, wealth platforms, intermediaries), including needs, buying triggers, and decision dynamics Translate segmentation into targeted messaging frameworks and use-case narratives by audience and buying stage Develop and scale persona-led content strategies aligned to client priorities and pain points Embed persona thinking across product marketing, digital journeys, campaigns, and sales enablement Partner with Sales and Product to refine personas using client feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends
  • 3) Product Content Strategy & Execution (Core Capability) Own the Wealth Services product content system, structured around client personas, buying stages, and lifecycle moments from awareness through adoption and expansion Lead development of high-impact, conversion-oriented content including: Website and solution pages, UX copy, and journey-based content modules Product explainers, demos, and video scripts Sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs, talk tracks, battlecards) Case studies, client outcomes, and partner narratives Translate technical platform capabilities into simple, compelling, client-relevant stories Establish content governance ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance across all outputs
  • 4) Digital Experience & UX Partnership Partner with Digital and UX teams to shape the end-to-end Wealth Services digital experience, particularly website structure and conversion paths Influence information architecture, page hierarchy, UX flows, and storytelling frameworks Ensure digital journeys are persona-aware, with tailored pathways, messaging, and content by segment and use case Use performance data to continuously optimise engagement, journey progression, and conversion rates
  • 5) Capability Launches & Lifecycle Marketing Lead capability launches across Wealth Services (new capabilities, market entries, major releases), including: Positioning and messaging Release planning and sequencing Multi-channel activation and content rollout Sales readiness and enablement Build lifecycle programs that drive: Awareness and education Adoption and usage Expansion and cross-sell opportunities Ensure launches deliver sustained adoption and commercial impact, not just initial awareness

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or lifecycle marketing within financial services, fintech, or B2B technology
  • 5+ years direct experience in wealth management / wealth technology (e.g., platforms, custodians, RIAs, private banks, broker-dealers)
  • Proven experience in product positioning, messaging, and content strategy for complex offerings
  • Strong experience partnering with Digital and UX teams to improve content journeys and conversion
  • Track record of delivering successful product launches and growth initiatives
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment, working with compliance and legal
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree required
