Job Description
Responsibilities
- develop and implement programs to identify and outreach to Service Members and their family members, Reservists and veterans to inform and educate them on available programs at the national, state, and local levels and develop information on improving program effectiveness and offerings.
- Special emphasis on: providing employment outreach to Service Members of all components, their immediate family members to provide employment assistance, education benefits, retention incentives, and transition services.
- tracking each customer’s interaction and providing career support, development, and maintenance of civilian based careers.
- Specific services include, but are not to, limited to, resume writing assistance, social networking, and interview skills (coaching).
