Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process in partnership with Sales leadership
Develop retailer-specific growth plans for key national and regional accounts
Align marketing campaigns with retail distribution priorities and merchandising opportunities
Build commercialization strategies for new product launches and key seasonal moments
Own all retailer and distributor-facing storytelling in collaboration with Sales
Develop best-in-class sell-in decks for line reviews and retail partnerships
Translate brand campaigns into compelling B2B narratives
Ensure retailers clearly understand the velocity drivers behind the brand
Lead and scale the trade marketing organization
Develop in-store activation frameworks and merchandising standards

Requirements

10–15+ years of CPG experience, preferably in beverage
Deep expertise in national retail and trade marketing strategy
Highly structured and disciplined operator
Strong executive presence in retailer and distributor meetings
Exceptional cross-functional collaborator
Calm, strategic leader capable of managing complexity
