Job Description

Drive LATAM regional marketing leadership to accelerate growth with culturally resonant, locally relevant strategies.

  • Partner closely with regional leadership, sales, and commercial teams to develop growth strategies that are as rigorous as they are ambitious.
  • Bring sharp analytical thinking to assortment strategy — understanding what products, in what formats, at what price points, unlock demand across distinct LATAM markets.
  • Identify and activate the right levers across the full marketing mix to accelerate category penetration and revenue growth.
  • Translate global category vision into regionally relevant, locally resonant marketing strategies — without losing strategic integrity in the translation.
  • Lead integrated campaign development in partnership with the local media and demand generation teams to ensure the communication strategy are executed flawlessly.
  • Own go to market strategy for the region — including communication strategy, investment plans with media team,
  • Act as the brand's cultural compass for Latin America. You understand how people live, celebrate, aspire, and consume across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and beyond — and you use that understanding to build genuine resonance.
  • Develop deep consumer insights that inform messaging, creative direction, and go-to-market strategies that feel native to each market, not imported from global headquarters.
  • Build and steward authentic relationships with local communities, creators, media, and cultural moments that amplify brand relevance across the region.
  • Lead the development of regionally adapted messaging frameworks that are culturally specific, emotionally compelling, and commercially effective.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate — bringing a performance-minded approach to creative and messaging optimization across markets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a lean, high-performing regional marketing team that punches above its weight.
  • Foster a culture of exploration, accountability, and bold thinking — where the team is empowered to move quickly and take smart risks.
  • Serve as a vocal and visible advocate for the LATAM market within the global organization, ensuring regional needs, insights, and opportunities are understood and prioritized at the highest levels.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant time spent leading marketing in Latin America across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth through integrated brand and performance marketing strategies — not just brand awareness, but real demand creation.
  • Deep expertise in consumer insights, media strategy, and campaign development across the LATAM landscape, including an understanding of regional media ecosystems, digital platforms, and cultural contexts.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and category teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
  • Experience adapting global brand strategy to regional execution while maintaining brand integrity and amplifying local relevance.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese a meaningful plus.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments — you are energized by building, not just managing.
  • A genuine love for Latin American culture — the people, the nuance, the diversity — that shows up in how you work, not just what you say.
