Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the North American P&L, delivering revenue, customer growth and contribution margin against plan.
  • Lead the North American growth strategy, bringing Performance and Brand Marketing, Sales and Merchandising together to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel, from customer acquisition and brand awareness through to conversion, repeat business and customer lifetime value.
  • Shape our commercial proposition, ensuring we have the right products, pricing, promotions, channels and partnerships to win in North America.
  • Build the Macs Adventure brand in North America , growing awareness, reach and our presence in the market.
  • Lead a high-performing team across Performance and Brand Marketing, Sales and Merchandising, with the capability and leadership needed to scale.
  • Play a key role in the wider leadership of Macs Adventure as part of the leadership team, contributing to group-wide commercial decisions and priorities.

Requirements

  • Significant senior leadership experience in commercial, growth or general management, with a proven track record of delivering revenue and margin growth.
  • A proven track record of owning and growing a consumer P&L in North America , delivering sustained revenue and margin growth — ideally within travel, outdoor, e-commerce or a comparable consumer business.
  • Experience in taking a successful business or market through its next phase of growth, including periods of rapid growth and organisational change.
  • Proven full-funnel commercial experience , combining performance marketing expertise with sales leadership and an understanding of how brand drives growth.
  • Sound commercial judgement , with experience using pricing, promotions and yield management to drive revenue and margin.
  • Experience working successfully across regional and central teams , collaborating with peers and getting things done across organisational boundaries.
  • A track record of building high-performing teams and developing capable leaders , creating clear accountability without becoming the person every decision depends on.
  • A data-led, AI-forward mindset, always looking for smarter ways to understand customers, improve performance and accelerate growth.
  • Based in Denver, or willing to relocate, and comfortable working with us in the office three days a week,

Preferred

  • Bring experience in the outdoor, adventure or active travel sector, with a genuine understanding of the customer and the market.
  • Have experience operating as part of a senior leadership team in an international business, balancing the needs of your market with the priorities of the wider organisation.
  • Are comfortable working as a US-based leader within a global team, building close relationships with UK-based colleagues and working effectively across time zones.
