Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of data and technology components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives and value propositions for executive and technical audiences.
  • Partner with Growth, Data, Technology & Tools, product, sales, and client teams to shape tailored solutions and competitive positioning.
  • Lead pitch preparation and client engagements, including executive presentations and technical discussions.
  • Develop and refine high-impact pitch materials, playbooks, case studies, value propositions, and enablement resources.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Use pitch outcomes and client feedback to continuously improve messaging, solution development, and pursuit execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in growth, business development, or solution development within data, technology, platforms, marketing technology, or advertising technology.
  • Experience supporting complex client pursuits in an agency or consulting environment, including RFI and RFP development, pitch strategy, and client presentations.
  • Strong working knowledge of data platforms, identity solutions, analytics, AI and machine learning, marketing technology, first-party data strategies, data integration, and identity resolution.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership, technical teams, product organizations, and client-facing teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
