Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights about our target audience.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Dream Factory's mission and goals.
Create, curate, and oversee engaging content, including text, videos, graphics, and images for digital platforms.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, tracking performance metrics to assess the impact of campaigns.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met.
Establish a consistent content schedule, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.
Collaborate with other team members to support fundraising and event marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to evaluate data, track metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
