Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Marketing Strategy
  • Overall marketing strategy across every business in the portfolio, and the annual and quarterly priorities that flow from it.
  • Brand positioning and marketing direction for each brand, and the consistency of both across every channel.
  • Campaign strategy, promotional strategy, and how offers are designed, presented and rolled out.
  • Cross-business campaign coordination and cross-promotional opportunities between brands.
  • Customer journey strategy — how a guest finds us, chooses us, buys, and comes back.
  • Deciding which businesses, products, seasons and opportunities get marketing focus and investment.
  • Growth & Digital Performance
  • Paid advertising across all brands — hands-on in the accounts, managing outside agencies where it makes sense rather than depending on them.
  • Budget allocation across businesses and seasons, and the tracking and attribution that proves the return.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years in marketing, including leadership of a team and a budget.
  • Hands-on performance marketing experience. You have personally owned paid media and can talk through cost per acquisition by channel without preparing a deck first.
  • E-commerce experience — you have built or materially grown an online revenue line, with numbers you can speak to.
  • People management experience, including developing a team and making difficult performance decisions when needed.
  • Numbers-first thinking. Fluent in CAC, LTV:CAC and channel-level return, and comfortable owning marketing spend allocation.
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure rather than inheriting it — you have set up the reporting, not just read it.

Preferred

  • Multi-brand or multi-location experience. Marketing several businesses with different customers is a different job from marketing one.
  • Hospitality, tourism, attractions or retail background.
  • Experience with partnership, group sales or channel relationships that produced measurable volume.
  • Actively uses AI in daily marketing work — reporting and tracking, content production, and campaign optimization.
  • Comfortable building and iterating with AI tools and workflows, or genuinely willing to learn through training.
  • Growth and metrics obsessed. Revenue, acquisition cost and bookings are the scoreboard — not impressions alone.

Benefits

  • Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance
