Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own annual and quarterly marketing plans for IEM Student Exchange and Q International School programs, with clear audiences, campaign priorities, budget recommendations, and measures of success.
  • Lead integrated campaigns from brief and messaging through production, launch, measurement, and improvement across web, email, search, social, webinars, and partner channels.
  • Improve website content, search visibility, landing pages, and inquiry paths; coordinate technical implementation with the appropriate team or vendor.
  • Guide marketing use of HubSpot, including audience segments, email nurture, lead source tracking, and clear handoffs to recruitment and admissions.
  • Analyze traffic, qualified inquiries, conversion, and progress toward applications. Identify data gaps, report performance and return on marketing spend where reliable, and recommend next steps.
  • Direct content and creative assets with colleagues and vendors, maintaining clear messaging, factual accuracy, and brand consistency across international audiences.
  • Test AI and emerging tools for research, content production, and analysis; check quality and accuracy and protect student and family information.
  • Manage project timelines, contributors, vendors, and approved budgets. Resolve blockers, review campaign progress monthly, and present results and priorities quarterly.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of relevant marketing experience, or equivalent results, with evidence of owning campaigns from strategy through measurement.
  • Strong writing, creative judgment, and the ability to make education choices clear to students, families, agents, and partners.
  • Demonstrated skill with CRM and email automation, web analytics and conversion tracking, SEO, AEO, and paid and organic campaigns; experience with HubSpot and GA4 or comparable platforms.
  • Strong AI fluency, including sound decisions about where it helps and careful review for accuracy, brand voice, and privacy.
  • Ability to turn research and performance data into priorities, manage several projects at once, and lead work across teams without losing momentum.

Preferred

  • Experience in international education or marketing to diverse global audiences is a plus.
