Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee multi-city marketing strategy (digital + community + referral-based).
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, social media).
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and senior communities.
• Coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and sponsorship events.
• Oversee patient acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Monitor marketing ROland prepare monthly reports for management.
• Collaborate with billing/admin teams to ensure compliance in healthcare advertising.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers.
• Act as liaison between therapists, patients, and admin staff.
• Conduct follow-up calls/surveys to measure patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building skills for referral development.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in marketing and patient data handling.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROI and adjust campaigns.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
