Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform a full SEO audit of our existing website
- Optimize site structure for AI search and semantic search visibility
- Implement or refine FAQ content and FAQ schema markup
- Evaluate content for entity based search, topic authority, and trust signals
- Improve page level optimization including headings, internal linking, and search intent alignment
- Align content with best practices for Google AI Overviews and future search results
- Make recommendations for ongoing content strategy and site enhancements
Requirements
- Experience with SEO strategy beyond basic keywords
- Strong understanding of Google AI search, entity SEO, and structured data
- Familiarity with FAQ schema and content hierarchy
- Ability to explain recommendations clearly to a non technical nonprofit team
- Respect for evidence based public safety messaging
