Job Summary
Own the guest experience program for targeted guests, driving relationship-building and tailored promotions to boost loyalty and incremental spend.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and targeted guests to drive repeat visits and promotions.
- Coordinate and execute promotions, events, and shows, ensuring smooth guest experiences and accurate hotel reservations.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and targeted guests, providing regular follow-up.
- Evaluate guest play to determine and provide appropriate complimentary offers.
- Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, special events, and shows.
- Assist in the execution of promotions, events, and shows.
- Make outbound calls to preferred guests regarding promotions and events.
- Ensure hotel reservations are made accurately and efficiently for guests.
- Support the property host as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming policies and procedures.
