Job Summary

Own and deliver on-site visual content for artists, overseeing conceptualization, production, and delivery of short-form video, photography, graphics, and motion assets; drive collaboration across artists, management, and internal teams, and ensure assets are optimized for social platforms and organized for delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit, and deliver short-form video, photography, and other visual content on-site with artists and clients.
  • Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality, on-brand visual assets.
  • Create digital content including animated artwork, visualizers, tour materials, and more.
  • Design graphics and create simple motion graphics or animations to support artist campaigns, social content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized asset folders, naming conventions, and delivery protocols.
  • Ensure all visuals are optimized for digital and social platforms.
  • Stay up to date with current visual trends, camera technology, and design tools.
  • Communicate with the team regarding travel schedules, shoot logistics, and deadlines.
  • Represent professionally on site, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and artists.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hybrid Los Angeles based with regular travel and on-site client shoots. (Occasional Travel outside of the LA area) Must be flexible and available to travel frequently for shoots and events.
  • Days off must be requested in accordance with current time off policies, and any days unavailable for on-site work must also be communicated to your teams 30 days prior.
  • Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other editing software.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
  • Must have a passion for music, entertainment, and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and office settings (in-person workdays may be required depending on location), own a computer and phone, with reliable high-speed internet access.
  • Availability for occasional weekend and evening work (events and activations don’t always occur during 9-to-5 business hours).
