Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives and operating-model design for growth, market entry, and partnerships.
  • Apply structured problem solving and design thinking to top priorities.
  • Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present project data (including financial modeling and valuation).
  • Execute creative analyses to identify issues and generate recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research from public and non-public sources.
  • Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team and executives.
  • Mentor junior team members to grow skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ diverse problem solving experience from management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or another internal Strategy group.
  • Strong analytical ability with quantitative methods and clear oral and written communication for cross-functional teams.
  • Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
