Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level experience leading digital, social, integrated, or consumer marketing within a complex, consumer-facing organization, with a demonstrated progression of increasing scope, scale, and enterprise responsibility.
  • Proven track record operating at an executive level as a strategic advisor to senior business and marketing leaders, with the executive presence, judgment, and communication skills to shape decisions and influence enterprise priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-layered, high-performing organizations, including developing senior leaders, building organizational capability, setting clear accountability, and creating an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Experience designing and evolving operating models, organizational structures, governance, and ways of working that enable teams to scale across businesses, functions, markets, and external partners.
  • Deep expertise in social and digital ecosystems, including platform strategy, audience development, content innovation, creator and community behaviors, cultural trends, and emerging technologies- with nimble speed, quality and consistency.
  • Proven ability to translate business, brand, franchise, and consumer priorities into an integrated digital/social strategy and then mobilize teams and partners to deliver against that strategy with speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation and change in a global, highly matrixed environment, including aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and building consensus without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience connecting digital and social strategies to measurable outcomes such as audience growth, engagement, conversion, reputation, monetization, revenue, and fandom, and using performance data to guide investment and priorities.
  • Experience overseeing agency, vendor, platform, and strategic partner relationships, with the ability to establish clear expectations, drive accountability, and ensure resources are deployed against the highest-value opportunities, while maintaining brand integrity and optimistic approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance creative excellence with operational discipline— championing bold, disruptive ideas while maintaining brand integrity, sound judgment, appropriate governance, and scalable execution.
