Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Operations at Trenzi, Inc. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, managing company resources, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, managing P&L statements, overseeing customer service functions, and leading projects to drive growth and operational improvements. The VP of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to align operations with overall company goals and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee resources and financial performance effectively
• Strong Strategic Planning and Project Management skills to develop, execute, and refine business initiatives
• Proven ability to manage and enhance Customer Service practices and ensure customer satisfaction
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
