Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations for a full-time, remote role. The VP Operations will oversee day-to-day business operations, manage and optimize operational processes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities will include overseeing budgets and P&L statements, implementing operational strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and striving to enhance overall organizational efficiency. The role requires collaboration across teams to maintain high standards of service and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
• Experience with Strategic Planning and driving organizational growth initiatives
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning and execution of cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to uphold excellence in Customer Service and satisfaction
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the marketing, technology, or business service industries is advantageous
