Vice President of Marketing (QSR Exp Required)

Lead multi-unit franchise marketing at Zaxby’s, owning growth strategy, multichannel performance, and franchise enablement to scale brand across 50–200+ units.

• Brand Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans to increase market share, brand awareness, and revenue for multi-unit franchise locations.
• Performance Marketing: Execute digital strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, local listing management) to drive high-intent traffic.
• Franchise Support & Growth: Run campaigns to source leads for new franchisees and create marketing playbooks for local success.
• Marketing Operations: Manage budget, media relationships, and analyze market trends and KPIs to measure ROI.
• Marketing Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hire marketing professionals.

• Experience: 10+ years in marketing, 5+ years in a franchise environment (QSR or fast-casual preferred).
• Proven Track Record: Experience scaling brands from 50 to 200+ units.
• Analytical Skills: Strong KPI tracking and data-driven recovery planning.
• Leadership: Effective leadership and communication with boards or executives.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Franchise EQ: Ability to influence independent franchisees.
• "Coach/Player" Mindset: Willingness to balance strategic planning with hands-on work.
• QSR: 7 years required; Digital marketing: 10 years required.
