Job Summary

Own and scale marketing operations across planning, systems, and governance to drive data-driven decision‑making, cross‑functional alignment, and efficient execution of campaigns, launches, and growth programs.

  • Build scalable processes, dashboards, and KPIs to enable cross‑functional decision‑making.
  • Drive end‑to‑end campaign operations, budgeting, and resource allocation for growth initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership across marketing, product, client services, and finance to align priorities, launches, and performance across the marketing stack.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing operations strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Develop scalable marketing processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across marketing functions.
  • Oversee campaign tracking, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Optimize marketing effectiveness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with leadership teams across marketing, operations, product development, client services, and finance.
  • Ensure organizational alignment on priorities, timelines, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–15+ years of marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or related leadership experience.
  • Proven experience building scalable marketing systems and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
