Responsibilities

• Lead centralized marketing strategy across McGrew Equipment Company, Crownstone Equipment, and Iron Road Logistics
• Ensure brand consistency while allowing for business-specific execution
• Balance centralized planning with local, regional, national, and international execution
• Partner with executive and operational leadership to develop a rolling 12-month marketing plan
• Translate strategy into quarterly initiatives, campaigns, and execution timelines
• Own implementation, coordination, and accountability for results
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to drive improved outcomes
• Drive auction registrations, bidder participation, and buyer acquisition for McGrew Equipment Company

Requirements

• Senior-level marketing leadership experience in a revenue-driven environment
• Proven ability to scale marketing across multiple business units or brands
• Strong understanding of demand generation, performance marketing, and analytics
• Experience working across local, regional, and national markets
• Ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and drive accountability

Preferred

• Equipment, construction, industrial, logistics, or B2B services experience preferred
