Travel: Approximately 25–40%
Summary
We are seeking an experienced, strategic Vice President, Marketing to lead the development and execution of the company’s commercial marketing strategy as we prepare for and progress through product launch and subsequent indication expansion.
The VP, Marketing will own marketing strategy across the product lifecycle, including launch planning, positioning, segmentation, customer strategy, market development, promotional strategy, and lifecycle expansion across multiple indications. This leader will work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Lifecycle Leadership, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Operations and senior leadership to translate clinical and market insights into differentiated commercial strategies for multi-specialty HCPs and patients.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has demonstrated success taking innovative therapies from late-stage development through commercialization, leveraging integrated omnichannel strategies to engage HCPs and patients.
The national salary range for this position is $320K to $350K USD annually. The salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.
Kyverna is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on liberating autoimmune patients through the curative potential of cell therapy. Kyverna’s lead autologous CD19-targeting CAR T-cell therapy candidate, miv-cel (mivocabtagene autoleucel, KYV-101), has demonstrated the potential to fundamentally change the treatment paradigm across multiple B-cell-driven autoimmune diseases.Kyverna is advancing its potentially first-in-class neuroimmunology franchise with its recently completed registrational trial in stiff person syndrome and an ongoing registrational trial for generalized myasthenia gravis. The Company is also harnessing other KYSA trials and investigator-initiated trials, including in multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, to inform the next priority indications. Additionally, its next generation pipeline includes CAR T-cell therapies deploying novel innovations to improve patient access and experience.
