Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving brand awareness, member growth, and overall marketing performance. This role leads all marketing efforts, including digital strategy, branding, campaigns, and community engagement, while partnering with executive leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support growth and engagement
• Oversee brand, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
• Manage budget and external vendor relationships
• Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and analytics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Financial services experience preferred
