Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage and produce the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Brand, vendor partners, and consumers.
  • Conducting competitor research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Past work with digital marketing forms like content marketing and social media marketing
