Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Fika Finance’s global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, market positioning, and growth priorities.
• Define and strengthen Fika Finance’s brand identity as a trusted fintech and financial technology partner.
• Develop clear, consistent messaging across platform solutions, advisory services, and technology offerings for institutional and enterprise audiences.
• Ensure marketing initiatives reinforce credibility, innovation, and long-term value creation within financial markets.
• Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting product launches, technology deployments, and new market expansion initiatives.
• Lead demand generation, client acquisition, and pipeline development in partnership with sales, product, and executive leadership.
• Develop structured marketing frameworks targeting financial institutions, fintech platforms, asset managers, and enterprise clients.
• Optimize client journey, digital engagement, and conversion strategies across multi-channel platforms.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership within fintech, financial services, capital markets, or technology platforms.
• Proven success in building and scaling global marketing functions in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong understanding of digital finance, financial infrastructure, or technology-enabled financial services.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, and performance marketing.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
