Responsibilities

  • Own and lead marketing strategies, market research, planning, and execution across functions.
  • Manage campaigns and coordinate effective public relations efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive brand development and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Market Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Research
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret market trends
  • Proven expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management to develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies
  • Skilled in Public Relations with the ability to manage communications and build positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of global and regional markets, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred
