Job Summary

Own the global communications agenda, shaping brand narrative and integrated PR across media, digital channels, events, and executive messaging to amplify growth and trust.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s global marketing communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead integrated communications initiatives across public relations, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and corporate communications.
  • Oversee brand messaging, communication standards, and storytelling across all internal and external channels.
  • Manage media relations, executive communications, press releases, crisis communications, and public affairs initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, investor relations, and executive leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty through data-driven communication strategies.
  • Oversee development of marketing content, presentations, executive speeches, campaign materials, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, PR firms, creative partners, and external vendors.
  • Monitor communication performance metrics, media coverage, customer sentiment, and market trends to optimize strategy effectiveness.
  • Support product launches, corporate announcements, investor communications, and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, brand management, or integrated marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale communications strategies and global brand initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in public relations, media strategy, content development, and digital communications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing crisis communications, reputation management, and executive messaging.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
  • Experience analyzing communication performance metrics and audience engagement data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience in technology, healthcare, finance, consumer products, energy, or multinational corporate environments.
  • Background in corporate reputation management, investor relations, or executive communications.
  • Experience leading global communications teams and international campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems.
  • Experience supporting IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, or major corporate transformation initiatives.
  • Strong media network and industry relationships are a plus.
