Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Eddie Grant Consulting, Inc.’s global marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, scientific positioning, and growth objectives.
• Define and strengthen the firm’s brand identity as a trusted biotechnology and life sciences advisory partner.
• Develop consistent messaging across scientific advisory, consulting services, and innovation-driven solutions for institutional and healthcare audiences.
• Ensure all marketing and communications initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and scientific authority.
• Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting advisory services, biotech solutions, and new market initiatives.
• Lead demand generation, client acquisition, and pipeline development in partnership with business development, scientific, and executive teams.
• Develop institutional marketing frameworks targeting biotech companies, pharmaceutical firms, healthcare providers, and research organizations.
• Optimize client journey, engagement touchpoints, and conversion strategies across digital and relationship-driven channels.
• Position Eddie Grant Consulting, Inc. as a leading voice in biotechnology, life sciences innovation, and healthcare strategy.
• Oversee the development of high-impact scientific content, research insights, white papers, and executive communications.

Requirements

• 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications leadership within biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services.
• Proven success in building and scaling marketing and communications functions in global or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, healthcare ecosystems, and regulatory landscapes.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, scientific communications, go-to-market execution, and demand generation.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; MBA, PhD, or advanced degree preferred.
