Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated U.S. market marketing strategy aligned with regulatory frameworks and business objectives
• Build brand positioning centered on institutional trust, compliance, and innovation
• Define multi-year growth roadmap including user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem expansion
• Lead paid acquisition with CAC and LTV optimization
• Establish KPI frameworks including conversion funnel metrics, ROI modeling, attribution architecture
• Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, CRM automation, segmentation, retention strategy)
• Design go-to-market campaigns targeting hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and crypto-native institutions
• Create thought leadership strategy (whitepapers, research reports, executive content)

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, asset management, or regulated financial services
• Proven track record scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies in the U.S. market
• Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape impacting crypto and financial marketing
• Strong command of performance marketing analytics and attribution modeling
• Experience marketing to institutional investors strongly preferred
• Executive presence with ability to represent the company publicly

Preferred

• Experience in crypto exchange, custody, DeFi infrastructure, or institutional trading platforms
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA-compliant marketing frameworks
• MBA or equivalent executive experience
