Job Summary

Own the revenue growth engine from strategy to execution, uniting growth, brand, sales, and analytics to fuel multi-stakeholder enterprise expansion.

  • Data & Systems: Oversee HubSpot/Salesforce stack adoption, governance, and dashboards for full-funnel visibility.
  • Sales & Partnerships: Build a scalable BD and referral network with buyers across providers and government partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the growth strategy. Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to define enterprise growth strategy and a marketing and sales roadmap tied to organizational priorities, prioritizing opportunities across service lines, geographies, and partnerships.
  • Lead brand and marketing. Own brand positioning and messaging that differentiates our services, oversee integrated marketing across digital, content, PR, events, and community engagement, and drive demand through targeted, lifecycle campaigns optimized with data and analytics.
  • Build sales and business development. Grow and lead a high-performing sales and BD function, expand referral pipelines across providers, payers, community organizations, and government partners, scale strategic partnerships, and implement disciplined sales processes and forecasting.
  • Own the data and systems. Run the marketing and sales technology stack with HubSpot as the system of record, driving full adoption, data integrity, governance, lifecycle stages, and dashboards that give full-funnel visibility from lead generation through conversion and retention.
  • Turn insight into growth. Use market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategy, identify new revenue streams, and collaborate on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Lead and grow the team. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across marketing, communications, and sales, foster a performance-driven and mission-aligned culture, and manage budgets strategically for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15+ years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles.
  • A bachelor's degree (required); an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • A track record of partnering with or reporting into a Chief Growth Officer or equivalent revenue leader.
  • Proven, measurable growth in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep, hands-on leadership with a leading CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including implementation, governance, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, aging services, nonprofit, or other mission-driven organizations is preferred.
