Responsibilities

• Own and drive PGDR's lead generation strategy across our hyper-local marketing channels, digital campaigns, and lead platforms
• Work inside our lead and scheduling systems (HouseCall Pro, Topline Pro) to track leads from first contact through booked appointment
• Build and optimize campaigns that convert into calendar-booked, paying customers — not just clicks or form fills
• Continuously test and refine channels, messaging, and offers to increase booked-job volume month over month
• Report on lead source performance and collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure smooth handoff from lead to booked job

Requirements

• Substantial experience required — this is not an entry-level or junior marketing role. We're looking for someone with a proven, multi-year track record generating leads and driving measurable revenue growth, ideally in home services, trades, or a similarly local, appointment-driven business
• Demonstrable ability to produce results — you must be able to show, with real numbers, campaigns and leads you've personally driven to booked revenue. No theory, no "strategy experience" without results to back it up. Be ready to prove it in the interview
• Comfortable owning results — you're motivated by output, not just activity
• Deep experience with lead tracking, CRM, or scheduling platforms (HouseCall Pro or similar a plus)
• Strong, proven command of local/hyper-local marketing, digital ads, and lead-gen funnels
• Self-starter who can build and run campaigns with minimal oversight — no hand-holding required
