Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Vice President of Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving the growth strategy of Bull Bitcoin Blog.
  • This includes overseeing sales initiatives, devising and executing strategic plans, managing a high-performing team, and identifying opportunities for business development.
  • The VP of Growth will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and build long-standing client relationships.
  • Strong Team Leadership experience, with a history of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to lead Strategic Planning efforts, including setting clear objectives, analyzing data, and crafting actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Marketing, with an understanding of modern marketing techniques and tools to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector is a significant advantage
