Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global marketing strategy aligned with corporate and commercial objectives
• Build, position, and manage the company’s global brand and value proposition
• Oversee global marketing functions, including brand, digital marketing, demand generation, communications, and content
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all markets
• Partner with regional marketing leaders to support localized go-to-market strategies
• Drive data-driven marketing, customer insights, and marketing ROI measurement
• Lead global product marketing, launches, and lifecycle management in coordination with product and sales teams
• Manage global marketing budgets, resources, and agency relationships
• Monitor global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Build and develop high-performing global marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including global or regional roles
• Proven track record in building global brands and scaling marketing impact
• Strong experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics
• Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, and executive communication skills
