Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full demand generation function from brand awareness to pipeline acceleration, including digital marketing, marketing operations, paid media, ABM, and web presence
  • Serve as a true partner to sales, aligning on targets, account strategies, and what it takes to win
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned to revenue goals and sales targets
  • Build integrated, multi-channel programs spanning the full buyer journey, from awareness through decision
  • Build and scale ABM from the ground up, defining target account lists and developing one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many plays across digital, content, events, and direct channels
  • Implement and manage ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or equivalent) to orchestrate personalized experiences for high-value accounts and measure engagement, pipeline influence, and closed-won attribution
  • Oversee all digital channels (SEM, paid social, display, SEO, email, content syndication) and optimize ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contribution
  • Own the company website as a primary demand gen asset; lead CRO initiatives; collaborate on messaging and buyer-centric UX; own SEO strategy
  • Lead marketing operations including ownership of the marketing and revenue tech stack; build scalable lead management processes; ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • Own core platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM platforms, Google Analytics/Looker/Tableau, data enrichment, paid media tools)

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years in a senior demand generation or growth leadership role
  • Proven track record building and scaling demand gen programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Deep hands-on experience across digital channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, and email
  • Experience building or scaling an ABM function, including technology selection and program execution
  • Strong background in marketing operations, with direct ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrated success optimizing lead-to-close conversion rates across the full revenue funnel
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic
  • Familiarity with intent data and account intelligence platforms (6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or equivalent)
  • Experience owning website strategy and CRO programs

Preferred

  • Experience leading a team of marketers in a remote/distributed environment
  • Experience with analytics leadership and executive-level reporting
